Copyright and Content Reporting Policy
How to report copyright, trademark, privacy, or unlawful content issues involving PaperJSX.
Summary
If you believe content on PaperJSX-controlled websites, documentation, hosted features, examples, or repositories infringes your rights or violates law, report it to us. If the content is hosted on GitHub, npm, or another third-party platform, you may also need to use that platform’s reporting process.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to content controlled by PaperJSX on paperjsx.com, PaperJSX-hosted features, documentation, examples, support content, and materials we publish.
For content hosted by GitHub, npm, package registries, CI/CD providers, or other third-party platforms, those platforms may control takedown, account action, dispute handling, and counter-notice procedures.
2. Copyright reports
To report copyright infringement, email copyright@paperjsx.com with:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- the exact URL, package, file path, repository, hosted asset, or location of the allegedly infringing material;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
3. Trademark, privacy, or unlawful-content reports
For non-copyright reports, email abuse@paperjsx.com with:
- the exact URL, package, file path, repository, hosted asset, or location;
- the right or law you believe is violated;
- the facts supporting your report;
- your contact information;
- any authority you have to act for the affected person or organization.
4. Our response
We may review the report, request more information, remove or disable access to material, preserve evidence, notify the relevant customer or contributor, reject the report, or refer the report to a third-party platform.
We do not guarantee that every report will result in removal. We may restore material if the report is incomplete, unsupported, withdrawn, successfully disputed, or legally insufficient.
5. Repeat abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts, hosted features, package access, or contribution access for repeat infringement, fraudulent reports, abusive counter-notices, or misuse of reporting systems.
